This review paper aims to consolidate and analyze the findings from various studies that have utilized molecular markers to enhance abiotic stress tolerance in rice. This review serves as a valuable resource for researchers, breeders, and policymakers involved in enhancing abiotic stress tolerance in rice. By elucidating the role of molecular markers in rice breeding, it contributes to the development of sustainable and stress-tolerant rice varieties, which are essential for ensuring global food security in the face of changing climatic conditions.
