Abstract:
An experiment was conducted during Rabi seasons of 2019-20 and 2020-21 Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Maharajganj, Eastern U.P. conducted 30 acre sowing date demonstration on wheat crop at farmers field of three adopted villages to study the effect of sowing dates of sowing (15th November and 15th December) on growth, yield attributes and yield of wheat variety (K 1317) on a sandy loam soil at Maharajganj district, eastern Uttar Pradesh, India. Wheat sown on 15th November recorded significantly highest plant height, tillers/m2, grain yield.
