Abstract:
The research on seasonal fluctuations in the fatty acid profile of milk among different indigenous livestock species. Milk from three different species was collected from the cattle yard of the institute for the research work. The fatty acid profile was evaluated over two seasons: three months in the summer (May, July, and August) and the winter (November, December, and January).
