Development of sprayer robot

Abstract:
Chemical pesticides have played and continue to play a major role in the rapid advancement of agricultural production. Farmers are continuously spraying the growing crop economically and profitably but exposure to pesticides and poisoning is a major problem among farming communities for their health due to side effects of pesticides. Therefore, this study was taken to solve spraying problem. First developed sprayer robot by engineering parameters and developed sprayer robot was in terms of operating speed, battery discharge time, time loss, spray angle and range of remote. Developed sprayer robot run at 3.2 km/h with each nozzle discharge and sprays angle 650 l/min and 72º at 3 kg/cm2 pressure respectively and range was 41.33 m.
