Abstract:
Research study was conducted on seasonal effect on production and fertility of VenCobb 430Y Broiler Breeder, Sinnar block of Nashik District Maharashtra. Month was divided Season wise from September to February (WR₁, WR₂, WR₃, WR₄, WR₅ and WR₆) winter season and March to August (SR₁, SR₂, SR₃, SR₄, SR₅ and SR₆) Summer Season respectively. The seasonal effect on production in winter season is highest egg production than summer season, because in production there is direct contact of climate and bird. The seasonal effect on fertile egg in winter season is highest fertile egg than summer season. In case of production and fertility result shows that winter season is better than summer season because in summer there is high ambient temperature and bird is not able lay egg efficiently.
