This study is a comprehensive examination of many uses of plant extracts in therapeutic settings, emphasizing their antibacterial qualities and other advantages to health. It systematically explores the antioxidant activities of these extracts, which are effective in neutralizing free radicals and reducing oxidative stress. The paper also delves into the presence of phytochemicals like flavonoids and polyphenols, which contribute to human well-being.
