Abstract:
The present investigation was carried out to investigate the "Effect of foliar feeding of plant growth regulators and micro-nutrient on fruiting, yield and quality of ber (Zizyphus Mauritiana Lamk.) cv. Gola" during the year 2020-21. The experiment was conducted at the Main Experiment Station, Department of Horticulture, A. N. D. University of Agriculture and Technology Kumarganj, Ayodhya. The experiment on ber cv. Gola was conducted in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with seven treatments, comprise of difference plant growth regulators and micro-nutrient viz. NAA 20 ppm, NAA 40 ppm, GA3 20 ppm, GA3 40 ppm, ZnSO4 0.4% and ZnSO4 0.6% with control. The observations were recorded for quality aspects TSS, acidity, ascorbic acid and sugars were estimated. From the findings of present investigation, it can be inferred that the quality aspects (acidity, ascorbic acid, TSS and non-reducing sugar, reducing sugar and total sugars) were found maximum by the spray of NAA 40 ppm and can be used in increasing the quality in the ber fruit.
