Abstract:
The study was conducted to know the effectiveness of dominant maize value chain in Telangana State of India. Effectiveness was primarily determined with 28 qualitative parameters considered for the investigation. With an objective to determine the most important parameters that were contributing to a greater impact on overall effectiveness, stepwise multiple regression was conducted. It was observed that, out of 28 parameters, the regression yielded 15 parameters that contributed significantly to value chain effectiveness.
