Effect of sources and levels of sulphur on yield and quality of kharif soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill]

Abstract:
A field experiment was conducted at Instructional Farm, College of Agriculture, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh to assess the effect of sources and levels of sulphur on nutrient composition, yield and quality of kharif soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] during two kharif seasons (2018-19 and 2019-20). The results revealed that the yield and quality parameters were significantly influenced by the different sources and levels of sulphur. The results of experiment indicated that yield and quality parameters were recorded maximum with application of cosavet fertis at 20 kg S ha-1 during both the seasons and also in pooled results.
