Abstract:
In the present study, The In vitro antibacterial activity of Annona squamosa and cow urine ark was evaluated against Staphyloccus aureus isolated from contaminated wounds of dogs. The dried antimicrobial disc of Annona squamosa and cow urine ark along with known antibiotic Ciprofloxacin (Ci) were simultaneously placed on muller hinton agar plate that contain isolated Staphyloccus aureus for antibiotic sensitivity. Annona squamosa showed the zone of inhibition against the isolated Staphyloccus aureus but the zone of inhibition was lesser than standard antibiotic ciprofloxacin however, zone of inhibition was not shown by cow urine ark.
