Abstract:
Pharmacy education and training programs play a pivotal role in shaping competent professionals equipped to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare landscape. This paper presents a thorough examination of current trends, challenges, and innovations in pharmacy education and training programs. Through a systematic review of literature, this study explores various pedagogical methods, curricular structures, and assessment strategies employed in pharmacy education worldwide. Additionally, it investigates the integration of technology, interprofessional education, and experiential learning opportunities within pharmacy curricula. Furthermore, the paper discusses the impact of regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and workforce demands on the design and delivery of pharmacy education and training programs.
