Anxiety: A Common Problem with Human Beings

Abstract:
Anxiety is a cardinal symptom of many psychiatric disorders and an almost inevitable component of many medical and surgical conditions. Indeed, it is a universal human emotion, closely allied with appropriate fear and often serving psychologically adaptive purposes. Some responsible effects are associated with anxiety physical, emotional, cognitive and behavioral effects. Generalized anxiety disorder is most common disorder fallowed by obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder. Natural medication is most prominent process of treatment of anxiety such as Ashwagandha, Kava (Piper methysticum), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) and a standard method of treating anxiety is with psychological counseling, yoga and many different types of anti-anxiety medicines are also prescribe such as  Tricyclic Antidepressant, Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor,  Benzodiazepines, Antipsychotic, Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors but these have a lot of side effects.
