Abstract:
The analysis of variance indicated significant differences among the treatments for all the characters. Parents vs. F1s, parents vs. F2s and F1s vs. F2s also revealed highly significant differences for all the characters except number of primary branches, number of secondary branches, days to maturity and oil content. Average degree of dominance
was over dominance type for days to maturity, in both F1 and F2 generations.
