Role of Kodo millet in health, nutrition, and various incorporated products

Abstract:
Kodo millet has various nutritional benefits and is gluten-free. It also has multiple nutrients and has several health benefits. Thus, this paper presents a comprehensive study on production, nutritional benefits, health benefits, and its adaptability to be included in food products in various forms. Our analysis suggests that the Kodo millet needs to be included in a regular diet due to its gluten-free properties and various health benefits.
