Abstract:
The field experiment was conducted at Raj Mohini Devi College of Agriculture and Research station, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh during 2022-23. The experiment was laid out in a randomized block design with twelve genotypes of winged bean viz., G1-EC178335, G2- IC026946, G3- PWB17-1, G4- AKWB-1, G5-Indira Winged Bean-1, G6-RMDWB-1, G7-PWB11-2, G8-RWB-25, G9-RWB-26, G10-RWB-30, G11-PWB17-14 and G12-PWB-17-18 were replicated thrice. Planting was done in 10 July 2022 with a spacing of 60 cm × 30 cm. The plot size was 4 m × 2.4 m. The highest green pod yield per plot (16.66 kg) and per hectare (173.50 q) was observed in genotype G10- RWB-30 while the genotype G4-AKWB-1 gave maximum seed yield per plot (1.99 kg) and per hectare (20.75 q).
