Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the degree to which repeat breeding crossbred cows may be managed using ethnoveterinary practices (EVP). In all, 37 cows having a history of recurrent breeding from Malambatti village in Sivagangai district, Tamilnadu, India, were included in this study. For a duration of 21 days, every animal in the research group received successive administrations of Raphanus sativus, Aloe vera, Moringa oleifera, Cissuss quadrangularis and Murraya koenigii. The results of the research show that 27 (72.97%) of the 37 cows were conceived following EVP treatment. Repeat breeding costs farmers a great deal of money, so there are a multitude of potential to share this technique with other dairy producers.
