Abstract:
An experiment was conducted during rabi 2022-23 in rice fallow cropping system at Shaheed Gundadhur College of Agriculture and Research Station, Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh to evaluate different management practices viz. Iprodione 50 WP -FS @ 0.2% and Tebuconazole 50% + trifloxistrobin 25% WG-FS @ 0.5g/l, bio agents: Trichoderma harzianum @ 10g/ kg seed (ST+FS), Pseudomonas florescence (106 c.f.u.), Soil application of Potash 40 kg/ h, and lower three leaf removal at 45 DAS and Garlic bulb extract @ 1% w/v (ST + FS) against Alternaria blight (AB). Among them the foliar spray of Tebuconazole 50% + Trifloxystrobin 25% WG @0.5g/liter of water gave maximum 87.47 per cent reduction of AB disease over check with increased yield by 51.8 per cent followed by Iprodion 50% WP @ 0.2% per liter of water which gave 77.49% AB disease reduction over check with increased yield by 42.60%.
