The objective of this paper is to find out the contributing factors for self-fulfilling empowerment skills among women. A sample of 120 women aged between 25- 50 years were selected through purposive random sampling method from Adilabad and Kumarambheem districts of Telangana State. An interview schedule was prepared to gather the demographical profile and a scale was developed to assess the self-fulfilling empowerment skills among women.
