The age range of the participants was 30 to 65 years. The study employed an ex post facto research design. Results showed variations in the prevalence of hypokinetic diseases between male and female subjects, with more females reporting high blood pressure (29.3%) compared to males (21%). Other hypokinetic problems showed lower prevalence in females compared to males. Notably, diabetes and high blood pressure were more prevalent in males, while high cholesterol and obesity were more prevalent in females.
