Abstract:
Effective training programmes can play a important role of women empowerment. One of them is vocational training programme, rural youth training programme. The present study was object is effectiveness of vocational training programmes. The present study was conducted in Krishi Vigyan Kendra Jabalpur, it is welfare oriented approach. Total 250 farm women of district of Jabalpur which are the beneficiaries of vocational training programme, rural youth training programme was selected in the study. Impact of vocational training observe in different aspects like- utility, teaching quality knowledge enhancement, skill development, social economic development. Data were collected. Findings of the study suggested vocational training conducted by Krishi Vigyan Kendra for farm women and rural youth have positive impact on different aspects to increase women empowerment.
