Synthesis, characterization, anthelmintic and Insilico evaluation of 3, 5-di substituted pyrazole-1-carbothioamide derivatives

Abstract:
A Series of Bioactive compounds 3,5 Diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothiioamide (4a), 5-(2-chlorophenyl)- 3, phenyl-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothiioamide (4b),5–(3-nitrophenyl)-3phenyl-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothiioamide e (4c), 5-(2-hydroxy phenyl)-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothiioamide (4d), 5-(4-dimethyl amino phenyl)-3 Diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothiioamide (4e), were Synthesized according to the Literature methods. The Synthesized compounds were characterized by NMR, IR & Mass Spectroscopy.All the compounds have been evaluated for in vitro antihelmintic activity and were compared with their corresponding standards.
