Abstract:
Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted over one year, including 125 diabetic patients with foot ulcers. Clinical evaluations classified ulcers using Wagner’s grades, and microbiological analysis identified bacterial isolates. Blood samples were collected to measure HbA1c levels. Data were analyzed to determine relationships between bacteriology, ulcer severity, and glycemic control.
