Abstract:
The amino acid composition of the Alchemilla L. genus plants and Nepeta cataria L. was studied. In the grass of Alchemilla flabelata Bus., Alchemilla subcrenata Bus., Alchemilla phegophila Juz. and Nepeta cataria L. 17 amino acids were detected, including 8 essential amino acids: threonine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine, histidine and lysine. It is found that, in quantitative terms, in the objects of study the aspartic and glutamic acid, glycine, serine and alanine are thedominated ones.
