Peculiarities of Medical Use of Korvazan in Rehabilitation Treatment of Patients After Myocardial Infarction Regarding Risk Factors

Abstract: Risk factors of cardiovascular events made the largest contribution to mortality rate from cardiovascular diseases. In order to determine the effectiveness of rehabilitation there were examined 240 patients with myocardial infarction with concomitant risk factors. The study found that the inclusion in the standard therapy of beta-blocker carvedilol in individually selected dose and depending on the risk factor of cardiovascular events helps to increase myocardial functional reserves and tolerance to physical exertion.
