Amino acid composition of the researched raw materials was studied by the method of ascending paper chromatography and amino acid analyzer AAA T-339 N. 17 amino acids, including 8 essential ones (threonine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine, histidine and lysine), were identified in the investigated samples.
